For a full month in Shanghai the Ming Contemporary Art Museum is celebrating independent dance films such as ‘Descent’ as part of Dance and Moving Images in Daily Space,日常空间中的舞与影, art exhibition. We are grateful for this opportunity to share our film productions.
Now opened this exhibition revolves around dance and image in the art, while exploring its practice in contemporary spaces and public environment. It displays the work of selected international artists. The dance choreography and cinematography of these films appear in the form of intertextuality in the exhibition, creating an unique viewing experience. The exhibition was organised by the researcher Tsai Ching-ting.
