It’s a wrap! We’ve just finished filming the short film BITE commissioned by Random Acts, showing the struggle and fear linked to rejection. Directed by Jack Pirie, it’s been a joy collaborating through dance on such a concept tackling the confrontation and acceptance of who we are.
“Rejected from yet another audition, a young dancer battles with her demons of self-doubt..” BITE is a dance themed horror fairy-tale about a conflicted young dancer and her struggle with self doubt – issues we all face. In the film, two sides to the human psyche will manifest themselves and do battle on screen. This is a punchy, suspenseful British short film created with psychological tension and atmosphere at the forefront. Currently in post-production.
