Created a new piece, 36 luminous drones and dance, with the exceptional participation of a folkloric group to blend traditions and new technologies. Designed for Saudi Arabia’s National day at Ithra theatre, it has been a pleasure to showcase autonomous technology in the known art centre.
The ‘King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture’ is an arts centre, also known as Ithra, in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, developed by Saudi Aramco and inaugurated on December 2017. Inside the large theatre, metallic surroundings display an inviting setting for a brand new technological performance showcasing autonomous drones. The premises was opened to the general public, facilitating engagement with audiences and developing the entertainment industry in Saudi Arabia.
