Created content using the new EbSynth algorithm by replicating keyframes style throughout videos. It is quite impressive to see how Temporal Coherence is achieved! As the content is being processed, synthesised frames are compared through the algorithm to previously rendered ones for a fluid final result.
It is a remarkably well designed algorithm. Software is now available for download at ebsynth.com. After reading the full research on video stylisation by Ondřej Jamriška and watching “Loving Vincent” which was hand-crafted, this new tool indirectly sparked a debate between us: ‘Today, is efficient result being prioritised over the creative process itself?’.
